Robin Antin strikes once again as she created a third girls band in a pretty short period of time.
She first created The Pussycat Dolls, who became famous pretty quickly with their first single "Don't Cha". Up until now, they've released two albums, both being really popular, but still it's not enough for the lead singer Nicole Scherzinger who has tried to go solo last year, but all her singles ended up as flops. Rumors say she might try leave for real soon and leave the group with four "back up dancers" and no real good singer except maybe Melody Thornton.
The second group she has created is Girlicious, she found four girls on a reality TV show, but the group never really had a breakthrough in the USA, the only place they got noticed and had succes with their first opus was in Canada... One of the girls, Tiffanie Anderson, recently was booted out of the group as Girlicious is now supposed to get less "urban". I predict they will never have any succes in United States.
Finally, the third group she has created is Paradiso Girls, are they gonna replace The Pussycat Dolls if Nicole Scherzinger leaves the group? The quintet is yet to release a first album, but they've recently released their first single, Patron Tequila. I don't know if they will become more popular than Girlicious, but I think it's more likely to happen for them as they look less like "teenagers" and less "commercial".
