Power Point 2003 question

For anyone who makes power, you know you have to hit a space bar or something for the next words or something to come up. How do I get it to come automatically? I don want to have to hit the space bar while Im explaining the rock cycle.

Re: Power Point 2003 question

Is all your text contained in one textbox?

If so...

Open the custom animation panel. When you click on the text box you should see the effect listed and, from what you describe, it will say "On Click" next to start. In the actual box you should see two downward pointing arrows. Click on that.

You should then see each line of text with a number for each animation. Highlight every option after the first one. Click on the pulldown icon that appears on the right of the last highlighted item (when they're all highlighted) and choose "After Previous."

Depending on which effect or speed you chose, you may also want to edit the "Timing."

If you have all your animated items in separate boxes, then it's essentially the same steps I listed above except that you don't have to look for the double arrow.

I browse once in a while.
