NFL - Brady Out, Chargers Lose, Dallas Wins

New England won.
But, they lost too.
Tom Brady, the 'IT' guy for men in America, the one so many have
a male crush on.......wishing they could live his life and look like
that too..........out for possibly the whole season.
The knee!
Ouch. That did look painful too.

That changes the entire AFC.

So, what do the Chargers do, since they are the #2 team in the AFC -
they go out and lose at home! Nice job Chargers.

Carolina played very well. The Chargers played a solid 1/2 of football.
But, someone needs to tell their sleepwalking coach, you need to play
the first and second half in the NFL. They came out pathetic and meek,
and lethargic. Really, Chargers, you did this last year. You can't
afford to do it again.

Dallas wins. Tony Romo comes thru again, in a game that doesn't matter!
Can he do it in the playoffs? We'll see.

Jets win with Favre! Wow! Then again, they were playing the hapless Miami
Dolphins. The Dolphins won how many games last year?

Awww the pretty boy is out for the season...might as well kiss his superbimbo girlfriend goodbye now...unless he marries her, she's not gonna stick around a lame duck who gets zero publicity, not to mention his excess baggage in L.A. She lives for the spotlight!!

The only game I watched last year was the Superbowl, and only because I wanted the satisfaction of seeing Eli Manning beat Glamour boy. Now that he's out, there's no longer the satisfaction. I guess I won't be watching any games this year. NBC must be crying. They've got NE on Sunday Night Football 4 or 5 nights this season.

the Pats need Brady

they were lucky to have faced Kanas City in first match, or else they would have lost

The Patriots w/o Brady are still a solid team. Not the BEST anymore though.

That leaves The Chargers (I'll presume that season opening egg isn't the pattern),
Steelers, Colts, are all still very good picks to win it all.....(Colts -Manning
didn't play the pre-season, they looked very rusty).

Let's see what The Genius in New England does w/his team.

Any of the teams is one injury away from having their season end early or badly.

There is a NFL thread, why the need to start your own everytime you come up with something?

No.

I like that Green Bay won with Aaron Rodgers.
I get that Brett could have stayed, they should have
worked that out.

But, I also think old Brett hung them out to dry, and did
it publicly to hurt the team, and dragged his feet on staying
or retiring for the past few years. They asked, he answered,
they asked again and again, no, I'm retired. They make changes
and plans, and he says, hey, maybe I'll come back now.

Sorry, Aaron Rodgers is in a tough situation. I wish him well.
The guy deserves a chance at least.

Brett will be fine in NY. They will do fine early on, and once
the AFC shakes out, the Chargers and Steelers and a few other teams
will bash the Jets.

Yeah, sunday's game between the jets and the pats will be very interesting. Hope for the Jets sake that Cassell is overcome by the tough situation the pats are in now.
