Google Chrome

I downloaded this and am using the Beta. It seems very fast compared to IE!

Anybody else using it and what do you like about it?

I'd like to hear some reviews of this as well, is it as good/smart as Firefox?

Re: Google Chrome

I'm on the same boat as Stevos, very keen on it but would prefer to read reviews first.

Thank you for everything Mercedes, now please be nice to Socrates for me, perhaps fetch him a bird or two. We love you, always.

Re: Google Chrome

I use Firefox and it works fine so I don't need Chrome even if it's faster...

faster and easier then ff, but mozzilla has more applications (dictionaries and more...). I think it's normal becuase gc is very young like browser

the only problem is with flash technology. for example you could find problem using facebook

I have both, but when I have to open forums like this that are so big I prefer atm gc...very very fast

Re: Google Chrome

Apparently it has some privacy issues. There are already tons of reviews up for it, just Google () it.

I tried it, and it's okay. But I still use and prefer Opera, from which all the other browsers (including Firefox) pretty much stole their ideas.

I use Firefox and like it, would never switch back to I.E., but would consider Chrome if it's good.

Re: Google Chrome

I have been wondering about this browser too! I've only discovered Firefox fairly recently (I know, I'm not exactly the fastest with some of these things... *blush* ) and I love it - I love all the different add-ons. I've only really ever used Firefox and IE (maybe I will use Google Chrome one day, in about 10 years time knowing me... ).

So long, signature...

Re: Google Chrome

It is definitely faster that firefox, however I stick to FF unless add more features/icons are added :shrugs:
