I eat 6 meals a day, very high protein, low fat, No sugars whatsoever. Lots of veggies.

doing weights is a good form of burning fat, more so if you do a lot of reps

you cant target an area to lose fat just by exercising only that area. you have to do a general cardio and the belly is usually the last area to lose the fat. doing lots of abdominal exercises wont make you lose fat there first.

Protein powders right after gym, that's about it, maybe some casein protein before sleep.

Their intake of carbs has to be really high. They eat pastas and rice in huge amounts. I googled it some time ago, because I couldn't believe that some of them can be chubby despite all the running.

They don't HAVE to though,it is completely crazy and unexplainable to be a pro athlete and fat

They don't have to be fat, but some of theme probably eat/burn more than the others. But they all eat a lot of carbs.
