- Margarine : well duh
Hormonal imbalance ? gimme a break. There's not only food. I don't consume it but it's useful to bake cakes.
- sugar : duuuuuuh
"to never eat" ? No.
Oh in hidden places : dressed salads (already knew it), muffins (duh), "low fat" food (already knew it), "healthy" cereals (that too) . It's like these low cal sodas, I don't trust them, I don't buy them.
Enough sleep? How many?
I sleep 7hours.
- Whole wheat bread : lol my mom would be like "TOLD YOU SO". She keeps preaching me to avoid bread in diets because "it's fattening, except not many people know it, trust me, I am a diet maniac"
Bagels, pasta, muffins : OF COUUUUUUUURSE but not going to get rid of them forever. (especially pasta, it's so cheap for a student like me
they were "healthy" to people? Really? I've always thought (and knew) it was fattening.
Riiiiiiight endorsing physical ativity. I mean, I think a moderate physical activity and playing a sport also might be enough, and I don't think it's healthy either to stop eating forever that fattening stuff.
Cortisol level.. well hard to avoid mental stress, life often gets in the way. And it's quite bs, I know some people who lost a lot of weight under loads of stress : my brother. Now that things are better, h gained back weight and is now fit. He doesn't have time to do sports though, but no belly fat at all.. so their stress stuff is not always true.
Breathe to reset our stress level? LOL ok
- processed soy : where can we find it? I never eat soy stuff
Anyway Imma stop these meals, I've got an oven
Maybe that will make a big difference in weight without even trying.

I prefer pressing fruits myself and drinking them. Sure they contain sugar, but it's more natural than these fruit juices sold in shops. Anyway I am a coffee stan, so I don't feel too concerned by that food.
So I sometimes eat margarine, sugar (of course like everyone) and a lot of bread.
That's the french way to go !
