Dancing with the Stars - US

Hey ! Did anyone else catch the two-day premiere of DWTS?

I really enjoyed it this year, and think that it could really be an entertaining and competitive year.

I agreed almost soley with the judges, but am rooting for Mel B. and Jane Seymour. I also thought thought the girls were great where the men were not so much.

Did anyone else notice the model guys vein after his performance in his forehead? haha

I like to swim.

Can someone tell me why someone thinks it's sexy to get to that point of orange?

It appears to me that the judges are grading Floyd Mayweather on a different curve than the other guys because he's an athlete. At least, I hope it's because he's an athlete.

The make-up on some of the men tonight was downright frightening..

I thought Jennie Garth and her partner were adoreable.

Dude it's a dancing contest.
Attitude does play a part in this and he definately isn't on par with someone like Emmitt Smith in that department.

Do you really think Floyd was the worst dancer out of the men? REALLY?

I think he did the worst out of all them trying to portray the ballroom dance they were attempting. Ballroom is a romantic thing, and you can't just be that aggressive and pound through it, if you are trying to portray the dance...

I think Newton and Cuban did as well as could be expected, given the fact that Cuban is recovering from hip-replacement surgery and Newton is.....not a young man anymore.

Look, I never said I thought Mayweather was the best dancer tonight; I just didn't think he was the worst. Since the last two winners of "Dancing" were athletes, I truly believe that the judges will hold Maywaether to a higher standard than the other competitors (especially since he's the only athlete competing this year), and I think tonight's scores reflected that.

Re: Dancing with the Stars - US

Theyve been showing your last series recently here in merry old England, it was strange to see a couple of the judges from the British showvon there, I guess Simon Cowell's success opened a lot of doors. Wish we had Carrie Ann Inaba in Britain though!

Whenever I see her Im reminded of her role as Fook-Yu in Austin Powers...or was it Fook Mi?

Manchester City 2011 FA Cup winners! 2012 Premier League Champions! 2014 League Cup winners and Premier League Champions! At last!!!!!

I just thought Newton & Cuban had a carriage and seemed to reflect more of what the dance was supposed to be , ballroom. Where Mayweather may have danced better, it wasn't ballroom enough..

Re: Dancing with the Stars - US

What the hell!!! Marie Osmond gets more then Mel B Mel B should've gotten at least one 9... not a freaking 7! She danced a very very nice quickstep. It's a tough dance, much tougher then a mambo... You have to dance like you have a dildo up your ass for 2 minutes!!!
