Though I don't understand how his parents can afford a personal trainer but not pay for a haircut.

My instinct is that his parents can also afford a few syringes

i saw a documentary about him a couple years ago on tv...he and his parents deny any juicing and claim he only ever takes amino acids and vitamin supplements. this is what he looks like now:

How tall is he now? There is no way such heavy training wouldn't affect his physical development.

He looks awesome now so it payed off.
