How To Get Rid Of Your Tennis Tan?

Hey guys. I play tennis everyday. Always in a shirt, shorts, and no sunblock . I have the classic farmer's tan; it's awful. Beach season is coming and I want to look good. Does anyone know how to reverse a tan? Is it possible?

Sunscreens absorb ultraviolet light so that it doesn't reach your skin. Sunblock physically blocks the sun's UV rays. Sunblock has the added benefit over sunscreen of blocking UVA rays, in addition to UVB rays.

found via google. try it sometime.

I know that. What I meant was, is one better than the other? Someone told me the lotion is better than the spray because its more concentrates.
