Senate Passes Amnesty Bill - 20 million new Democrats!

12 million is the number the media passes around as to how many illegal aliens have
broken the law, entered the USA w/o legal right to, worked here illegally, used
false identification, etc., for years.

It's really more like 20 million, most in the Southwest. Largely, in California,
Texas,and AZ.

Welcome to America, Amnesty is yours. So, I guess having mass marches demanding
rights you can't get in Mexico, and that an illegal alien could never ask for in
Mexico -as a non-citizen cannot protest or march in Mexico.

Take a picture of So.Cal.'s Los Angeles, Santa Ana, parts of Anaheim, East L.A.,
Huntington Park, Monterey Park...and pass that around. That is what illegal immigration
creates.
Lovely.

All the while, the nation of Mexico does nothing to fix the problems it has.
Instead, it will continue to rely upon the cash the aliens send home to Mexico.
Relying upon the safety valve the USA open border provides. Without this safety
valve, the nation of Mexico would collapse.

As of November 7, 2006, this was a done deal. The Democrats would pass this to
ensure their political life - as almost all the illegal aliens will at first
register as Democrats - those of voting age. They will vote regularly to approve
more taxes, more welfare, more federal programs, etc. Fact is most are less well
educated, work at less skilled jobs, and rely upon govt. assistance to keep having
large families.

Anyone who lives in So.Cal. knows this. We may not like to face it, but, it's very true.

The GOP caved...thank you John McCain.

He will never, ever escape the label this will put on him: John McCain - the architect
of Amnesty. McCain-Feingold has been a bust....we got George Soros and 527's into the
millions...and now, he's given us amnesty with Ted Kennedy.

When Ted Kennedy and John McCain live in a middle class neighborhood with illegal aliens
as neighbors - putting 15 or 20 people into a house meant for 5 or 6....let me know.

Otherwise, it's amnesty, open border, and more taxes coming our way...

this is sickening. ronald reagan already did this years ago and we're still in the same position.

sorry but they came knowing full well what they were gettin into so to me they are not entitled to anything. sometimes this country is too soft where it needs to be tough and too tough where it needs to be softer/more reasonable - iraq.

Re: Senate Passes Amnesty Bill - 20 million new Democrats!

John McCain and Ted Kennedy - these two idiots are putting a $3 trillion price tag on the
nation for years to come. It is not 12 million. It is closer to 20 million, and a few more
million will flow in through our pourous border in the meantime - at least. Mexico would
collapse w/o US stupidity....allowing in the poorest, least educated, so they can work here,
and get an education, become middle class, and send money home to Mexico.

Shame on the GOP Congressmen for caving on this so fast, and refusing to do this with
public input in the Senate.

The Senate was afraid to have public discourse on this one bill.....why? They wanted to
shove it through, so us mere peons would not question their actions.

9/11 conspiracy, hearings...Katrina conspiracy theories....hearings.....oil company price
gouging theories...more hearings....Bush sucks.....massive hearings......4 US soldiers don't
like Iraq - huge hearings.....but, passing amnesty and immigration retreat laws and the US
Senate locked down - closed door meetings, no public input on this one bill, no tv hearings,
nothing.

Shameful Mr.McCain.
Ted Kennedy, I expect this from him.

1. Build the entire fence, as you passed last year...800 miles, not 300.
2. Build up the border patrol first with men and tools first, not after.
3. Make the process harder and costlier, double that fee.
4. Kick out all the criminal illegal aliens first.
5. Fine employers who break the law right now.
6. Make Mexico do the job it isn't - provide for the people of Mexico.

Instead, we get roll over and appease GOP lawmakers giving the ungrateful
illegal aliens, and newfound Democratic voters a free pass. They will have
little allegiance to the USA, as they show now. They feel entitled. Why not.

America welcomes legal immigrants.
Unless, you're from Mexico, then, we welcome illegal immigrants too.

Mexico doesn't.
They protect their border at the south with guns and tanks, and jail anyone
who helps or hires illegal aliens. Visitors or aliens cannot protest in Mexico,
do not get any benefits, and can be kicked out easily, with force if need be.

Re: Senate Passes Amnesty Bill - 20 million new Democrats!

This was a done deal at November 7, 2006.

I am not surprised.

Once the Democrats won the majority, the amnesty plan was a done deal.
This has been a Democratic Party dream for decades.
It is millions and millions of new voters.

The GOP figures most will stay in California...and they don't have that
state anyway.

But, it will transform Arizona, New Mexico, Utah,Colorado, and Texas
even more....more Democratic voters ready to vote in new taxes and more
entitlement programs.

How's your social security looking right now? Not too good.

It was only a matter of months until it came to be.

Nancy Pelosi and Ted Kennedy want more than this.
Get ready, amnesty is only the beginning.
Get our your wallets, we have to pay for a few
state full of people.
People who no longer will stay in the southwest as
much as they do now.
Personally, I hope plenty move to Boston and Minnesota
so those lovely places can get a real taste of what So.Cal. has.

Again, this wrong doesn't right Bush's wrongs.
You seem to love to use what you see as bad
to justify other wrong.

I personally, totally against this "Amnesty" thing!

The main reason being, it says to those that entered legally
and went through all the necessary channels are "suckers"!
Should've had the gull to march in illegally and have the
audasity to think you have a right to "demand" anything!

As well as having also the gull to not speak the language and
act as if the country should conform to you! My mother's bff
for over 10 years didn't expect the US to conform to her and
speak Tagalog to accomodate her.

I just think its wrong and stupid!
A slap in the face to millions whom
have had to wait for years in going
through proper channels.

sometimes it's best to ignore s/him. Read the provisions of the damn bill before going off next time Samsung Anyway, how can having people go back to their home country to adjust status be considered amnesty? I don't believe those who are here illegally will fall for this, because there's an automatic 3-10 year ban from re entering the country for anyone who has overstayed their visas and it's even worse for those who came in without inspection, that's why many people do not choose consulate processing in their home countries. I just don't see people risking it

And how long has your family been here? Did they come thousands of years ago with the American Indians? If not, you really need to shut your trap.

my peeps were slaves. we came involuntarily and were denied humanity, citizenship and rights pretty much until 1965. i don't have to feel any sympathy for the illegal (mainly) mexican immigrants. they chose to come here. they chose this life and should not be so quick to complain once they actually get what they expected.

mexico needs to take greater responsibility for educating and employing its own people rather than encouraging them to leave so that they can receive billions of dollars in remittance payments annually.

so, i can absolutely say whatever i want. i pay taxes and i work.

besides, why should mexicans be allowed into this country carte blanche when this country continually deports others?

i know people who are in this country and are going through all kinds of fits and starts with the system to make sure they are doing things the right way.

haitians who show up on the shores of this country are repeatedly turned away.

if there is to be a new immigration policy, it must be fair and not show favoratism to mexico just because they live nearby.

Sorry to burst the joy but many latinos are conservative. In order to please their electorate, reps and dems have to say things that would please their electorate. So dems will become more conservative and also fear not Samsung, hispanics no not overwhelmely vote for democrats. Just look at Florida and California......and George P. Bush.

I'm actually happy to see U.S. become more and more hispanic. That is one thing I disagree with Sammi.

this is more samsung spam.

"racism is dead, it died when MLK walked on a bridge and freed the slaves. Now we have a socialist Kenyan president who is not an American and if anyone mentions race they are a reverse racist (while racism is dead, reverse racism is alive and well.) #whattheyteachyouatfox"

Most of the Southern states were either annexed or bought by USA. People spoke spanish there before Americans got there.

And let me remind you that african slaves are not the only victims of american goverment. Native americans were murdered forced of their land.
They didn't wanted foreigners coming to their land, but it happened anyway. Now the situation is reversed. Karma's bitch, huh?
