To answer the question, IMO, remove potatoes, all bread except whole wheat, alcohol, soda, and sweets of any kind. Add vegetables, fish, chicken, and fruits (only in the morning).
If you don't like cardio, do it before you lift, just 30 minutes, OR increase the pace of your lifting and lower the weghts slightly to do more of a circuit training type of workout.
By increasing the pace, I mean shorten dramatically the resting between sets, not lift the weights faster. (I never know with you lot. )
Also, most gyms now do some form of a bootcamp military style workout. Those are generally a blend of strength and cardio.
