Eating no carbs, starves your muscles, and your muscle mass evaporates. That's what gives the illusion that you're losing weight, but in reality, all you're doing is getting rid of muscle.
Eat a balanced diet, I recommend eating LESS carbs if you're not active but don't get rid of them completely. Water or flavoured water drinks over anything carbonated. 1-2 glasses of juice a day, to give you some valuable vitamins. Watch your red meat intake, because at the end of the day it's one of the worst things for you. Eat SMALL and FREQUENT meals, and keep it ina timely manner. That'll speed up your metabolism.
