Wish me luck next year

If i do great next track season in hurdles (get a 14.2 in 110 and a 42.7 in 300 to qualify) and sprints( get a 10.56 to qualify) as a sophmore I could go to Sectionals and even State, I'm so excited next for next year to come guys give me some advice on how to do better

Right now my personal best are

110 Hurdles 16.4

300 Hurdles 48.8

100 Meter Dash 12.7

Run Fast, Think Hard, Do Good,

2007 State Track and Field Hurdles Champ!

Good luck!

No offence, but if your 100m PB is 12.7, how on earth are you trying to qualify with 10.56?

for the 100 i would suggest practicing with further distances thats what i do and try sprinting as fast as you can shorter distances as well just to build indurance and building speed quicker it works for me and i'm a sophmore and my 100 time is 11.72

My advice:

- learn how to write;
- learn how to use punctuation marks.

Then you should be all set
