The Lake House

Has anyone seen the movie yet? I'm dying to see it in theatres, but I'll have to wait at least another month

Please tell me what you think of it? Is it good? (no spoilers!!!)

A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening ear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French porn.

I thought it was based on a James Patterson (my favourite author) book because it has the same title but I find out it's sort of romance and drama so I knew its not based on that book I decided not to watch it

Inspiration is for amateurs

I watched the Korean version which is the original. It's kind of "You've Got Mail" meets "Frequency". If you like sappy love movie, I think you should like this one.

I've heard it's well directed, does a great job of artistically incorporating Chicago architecture into the storyline.

"I knew I had it in me. And I knew if I fought hard enough, and I kept fighting, even if I kept falling, I was going to get up and do it."

I'm not going to Rupologize!

Sorry, but this looks like the dumbest plot I've ever seen. They are two years apart in time and communicate through the mailbox? Uh....

I loved it, not because of the plot though. More because Keanu and Sandra are AMAZING together, their chemistry.....You really want them to get together....

Go see the movie if your into the romantic film genre....

It's very much a romantic comedy so if you're not into that genre, don't expect to like it. If you do like romanctic comedies though, you'll like this movie. I saw it, and I liked it, even though the plot was a little bit confusing. But it was definetly worth the money to go see it!
