Post I hate or things you find weird about yourself

Well, I can't seem to pass by a mirror without looking in it. It's like a superstition or something.

I can't go to sleep if my arm or foot is hanging off the bed.

I hate when visitors track mud into the house.

I hate to be interrupted by a rude person when I'm talking to someone else.

Plenty of more later....your turn!

I stopped hating the things about myself after I hating myself my whole life and thought that the whole world did too. I am just me and people who have a problem with that should shut up.

In the middle of the night
I go walking in my sleep
Through the desert of the truth
To the river so deep
We all end in the ocean
We all start in the streams
We're all carried along
By the river of dreams
In the middle of the night

I think it's weird that whenever I touch something by accident with my arm/hand/leg/foot/etc I have to touch that same thing again with the same body part of the other side ....

I never said I wasn't weird!
timmbo, i do the same and i think it is really weird!

Something was bound to go right sometime today, All these broken pieces fit together to make a perfect picture of us
It got cold and then dark so suddenly and rained, It rained so hard the two of us were the only thing
That we could see for miles and miles
And in the middle of the flood I felt my worth, When you held onto me like I was your little life raft
Please know that you were mine as well
Drops of water hit the ground like God's own tears
And spread out into shapes like Salad bowls and basins and buckets for bailing out the flood

I CANNOT stand the slurping noise people make when eating with their mouths open. I'll end up screaming at them to stop it.

I can't sleep with my ankles crossed over each other.

People stnding over you when your sitting on a chair.

and where they produce desolation, they call it peace

I hate when I feel guilty about doing the things I love. My latest feelings of guilt have been when I have been playing tennis. One part of my brain is saying, "You love doing this, so have fun with it. Forget everything else for now." But another part of my brain is nagging me to do something more constructive with my life. I've just finished uni, so maybe when I've found myself a job, those particular feelings of guilt will go away. If they don't, I will seek help.

I hate when I compare myself to others. I guess I do this as a way of relating to people. If I'm not equal or better in status compared to them, I usually don't feel worthy enough to be around them. I feel guilty...

I hate that I have so much guilt instilled within me. Maybe I should seek help right away. It can't be healthy to feel guilty all the time.

One weird thing about me is that I look at people's butts. Whether they are young, old, beautiful, ugly, male, female, animal or vegetable, I feel compelled to check out derrieres. You can't really tell much about a person by looking at their butt, except perhaps how much they work out or something, so I don't know what started this weird habit. It's not always a sexual thing either. That's what makes it strange. I have never been slapped or admonished for doing it, so maybe if that happens, I may stop doing it. But on the plus, I've seen some really nice butts. Male AND female.

Strangely, I never feel guilty for checking people out. hehe.

On the flipside, when I meet people, I look directly into their eyes. Sometimes it intimidates them. Other times, they immediately lower their defences and are friendly. It's pot luck, but I usually get an idea of what someone's like by looking into their eyes.

I'm always checking things. Did I lock the house, did I switch the hot water off. Did I lock the car. Did I close the window. (never check the alarm clock though)

It's silly really, As if I'd walk out of the house and leave the front door wide open. But, I have returned home to check this very thing before. I'm very scatty where these things are concerned.

I also remember stupid things (of no importance) that happened years ago, but forget things I did last week or even yesterday.

I'm very aware of my surroundings when I'm in public. I always know if there is somebody behind me on the street. I hate it and will just stop until they have passed. Stupid!!

I'm very strange.

I'll NEVER answer my mobile phone when I'm on a train or a bus. (As if anybody is interested in my conversation). But I just ignore it!

I always check myself out in a mirror..I call it glancing..maybe it's an insecurity but it's what I do!!

Oh, and I don't know how to glance! I always end up staring at a mirror or a person and it's quite silly
