Sorry, but I fail to see a point in an institution which does nothing; the monarch in Great Britain doesn't have a say in anything, she is merely there for tradition.

Tradition with a purpose is good; there is a reason to keep something that has been around a long time, if it still fulfills a purpose. The Queen does not.

Now I'm sure she's a great person; but why the publicity? There simply is no point!
