When you become a fan of an established singer, do you look into their old CDs?

It happens sometimes that we are "late" in discovering certain singers. Keeping that in mind, after getting their current music, do you make the effort to listen to/buy/download their old CDs? Feel free to list examples of singers you became a new fan of.

For me, it's been Mary J. Blige (I'm regularly listening to her debut "What's The 411?" at the moment), old school R&B stars Harold Melvin and the Bluenotes ("The Best Of") and Deniece Williams ("This Is Niecy").
