Foreign Music You Love

I just recently found the coolest set of German music ever Apparently it's like the top 100 German songs of 2005 But anyway, I never knew German music was so good

Some of the songs I got:

Philippe - "Warum" <---awesome song!
Revolverheld - "Freunde Blieben" <---better than American emo
Xavier Naidoo - "Dieser Weg"
Marlon - "Was Immer Du Wilst"
Bass Sultan Hengzt - "Berliner Schnauze"
Tic Tac Toe - "Spiegel"
Fettes Brot mit Finkenauer - "An Tagen wie diesen"
Tomte - "Ich Sang Die Ganze Zeit"
Wir sind Helden - "Wenn es passiert"
Grossstadtgefluester - "Liebe Schmeckt Gut"
Rapsoul - "Verzweifelt"
Die Zipfelbuben - "Kedeng Kedeng"

This music is awesome!

So what are some music that you've heard from foreign countries and that you have fallen in love with?

Kyo - "Derniere Dance"
Illona Mitrecy - "Un monde parfait"
All the music from "Les Choralistes" like "Vois sur ton chemin"

I don't think Daddy Yankee counts, but "Toma" and "Gasolina" are some favourites.

He's fucken hardcore with his lyrics though. I don't know a word of Spanish, so when I heard the song, it might as well have to do with praying to God, so when my Spanish friend translated some of the lyrics... heavy duty. Like in "Toma" he talks about wanting to eat this girl out... hott.

It's not too hard to find international music when I get a channel called "International Music Feed".

There's so many UK and Canadian acts that I don't really consider them "foreign" even though they technically are. Many of them are signed to US labels and their albums are readily available.

When I think foreign I think of things that is difficult for me to attain.

Like:
AI (Japan)
Natori Kaori
Tarkan
Gomo
Mala Rodriguez
Bebe
etc.

There are more artists I like but I can't think of all of them. I'm kinda bored with the cookie cutter rnb groups, rap acts, pop princesses and soft rock dudes so I'm constantly on the look out for new shit. There's this Norwegian rap group that I LOVE. I mean, really, me listening to Norwegian rap is crazy but I have a need to explore.

Williams x2 Clijsters Golovin Ivanovic Li Jackson
Federer Blake Fish Roddick Grosjean Bryans x2

"I believe in being polite, you know. In life, the elevator goes both ways, up and down."
-- Roger Federer

like my av? want one like it?

You're welcome XNa. You know Silly loves to share the Dutch-HipHop/Rap.
Much better than that commercial American crap we get shuffed down our throats these days.

You did just get a random MP3 in your mail earlier today. I just found that one and thought I'd share the scandalousness of it all with you.
