If you remember Shalamar...

Since a few posters are starting music polls and going back in time...

What's you favorite song from the 70's/80's R&B trio?

SNIPPETS:

”Take That To The Bank”

”Make That Move”

”This Is For The Lover In You”

”A Night To Remember”

”Dead Giveaway”

”Dancing In The Sheets” (Only Howard's on this song)

”Second Time Around”

”Uptown Festival” Medley

”Right In The Socket”

Or...do you have a different Shalamar song in mind?

A Night to Remember

I may not have the softest touch
I may not say the words as such
I know I don't fit in that much
But I'm yours

Night to Remember

It's 2008 and I'm shopping for a new fave. Hell no! And Venus is still playing?

I'm still trying to figure out why Jody and Jeffrey were even there.....

Jody's voice is pretty good. I always loved her voice. But I can see why you say that about Jefferey.
btw--Make that Move was the jam! I still remember me, my brother and my sis making pretend we were Shalamar and singing that song.

I like a Night to remember. I also liked "Who's playing games". I like them all.

Shalamar was so cool. Jody was the shit back in the day. I also liked "This is for the Lover in You".

Okay but what about the S.O.S. band? lol
