Get Fit or Die trying
i cannot stop eating mcdonalds and shitty foods like that and have come to terms with the fact that i doubt i ever will stop (haha).
As much as i eat i remain skinny and have started goin the gym to build muscle. At a nice size now but wanna get the pecs and the biceps bigger, seem not to be seeing the results as often now and feel like its pointless goin the gym.
Anyone got any recommended excercises for the pecs / biceps?
