Malcolm X Festival

I live in Omaha, Nebraska--birthplace of Malcolm Little--you know him better as Malcolm X.
We just got done with the big two-day celebration, the 'Malcolm X Festival,' sponsored by the University of Nebraska at Omaha's Black Studies Department.
Much as I admire Dr. King, I always had a little more respect for Malcolm--I considered him more of a peacemaker.

If your fave's coach isn't Richard Williams, that's just her first problem...

I was there when the ALL BLACKS won the World Cup in 2011!!!

"I don't know that I changed all that much. They just found somebody worse." - Aging tennis bad boy Jimmy Connors, referring to John McEnroe, in 1984.

There can never be too many "Sister Slams!"

Ditto. "The Autobigraphy of Malcolm X" should be required reading for all in high school.
