It won't be Lucy Lawless although she'd be the best choice.

Yeah, I agree. I would love to see Lucy Lawless play the role but I think she's too good for Wonder Woman!

I also think she's attracted to the large amounts of hairspray needed for that bouffant WonderWomanMop

I reckon Wonder Woman would be a big flop like most superheroes movies so, I rather Lucy Lawless don't take the role!

My Top 6 choices would be:

Stephanie Romanov (Angel, Model's Inc.)
Jennifer Garner (Alias, Elektra, Daredevil, Suddenly 30)
Angelina Jolie (Tomb Raider, Mr. & Mrs. Smith)
Milla Jovovich (The Fifth Element, Resident Evil)
Carrie-Anne Moss (Memento, The Matrix)
Kristanna Loken (Terminator 3, Mortal Kombat).

The only problems with selecting Garner, Jolie or Moss is that they may not want to be be involved with another potential action movie franchise. Jovovich and Loken don't seem to mind being typecast as an "Action Movie Chick." And Stephanie Romanov is mostly unknown to the world outside TV's Buffy and Angel universe. Can she open a movie? Or will the marketing guys let "Wonder Woman" be the star of the movie?

"I'm really feeling my balls" - Serena Williams
"She had him in her box... It made his week!" - Tracy Austin
"Tell us Rafa, what else do you do with your right hand?" - Todd Woodbridge
"I have a pain here, in my famous ass" - Rafael Nadal
