New Year's Resolution - Developing a Healthy Lifestyle
For 2006, I want to become a healthier person. No "five hour naps" after school and going to bed at 12 AM. No more cheesies, chips, coffee, coke, chocalate, and macaroni and cheese. I want to be free, healthy, and feeling good. I don't want life to pass me by!
Does anybody know of a website that has pre-prepared meal plans for a whole day including breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Does anybody think like me?
