Well, we watch the same show, came up with different perception of the contestants. That happens all the time.
I happen to think that Randall was a runaway winner> During the regular season he had three wins and no loss as a project leader (3-0) to Rebecca 1 win, 2 losses.
He raised more money at his event, and he made a very effective, sincere speech explaining autism (to wider audience) and how it affects families.
Rebecca did not raise money, which was the goal of the competition. Remember, this is a competition to pick one winner, the best performer.
Next, Randall is an inspirational leader: people just want to follow him and win for him.
I totally agree that Rebecca is determined, driven and intelligent, but her decision making process is not mature enough. She made the wrong decision picking Toral, not once, but twice. That also calls into question her judgment.
Loyalty can turn into stuborness, and this was the case.
Last, Randall has started many businesses, and as his personality indicates, he gives back to the community where he or his business resides. This is very rare for some one of his educational level (5 academic degrees, 3 of them from prestigious education institutions in the world).
