Do you suffer from Hayfever?

UGH, it's summer. And I'm sick It got so bad a couple of mins ago I was coughing blood up I can't sneeze through my nose

My eyes are normally OK, the sneezing just gets very annoying. Anyone else get it?

Women's tennis sucks.

Go Rafa.

I am lactose intolerant too and I have hay fever. During spring/summer I am always on medication, but ever since I took those pills daily, I am pretty much ok. Pretty much as in īI do have trouble breathing sometimes but my eyes are ok and I donīt need more than 15 tissues a dayī, so thatīs really nice compared to the days when I didnīt have pills.

Still I wish one day I could just lay down in a park for more than half an hour (thatīs when the sneezing starts) or go camping with friends without waking up the very next morning with a face sized twice the regular

Mostly I hate it because I canīt really enjoy doing outdoor-sports.

Actually thereīs no real hay fever "season". Most people suffer from it during spring/summer but basically every month has its very own way to torture you, even in January (europe!)

The worst thing is actually that hay fever was my first allergy and now a lot of other stuff has add like problems with specific animal fur, dust...
