So since I've turned 35 I've decided to take better care of myself (yeah better late then never
So that means limiting my refined carbs.
I don't know if i can give up pasta though..well yeah I do...I can't give up pasta. So I have to find some whole grain pasta if it exists.
Besides white flour and white sugar I'm still a little unclear on what's bad carbs.
So who else is watching carbs and what do you eat. btw, anyone else tired of salads.
