Why do people always use their kids as an excuse?

This is pathetic:

"I'm wondering if Fox is going to address Paula's very obvious drug and/or alcohol problems," one idolonfox.com message board user posted. "It's getting harder to explain to my kids why she is acting so sloppy and slurring and incoherent."

Tell your kids she may have a drug problem if you think so dammit! Who cares what they think? Aren't they gonna grow up anyway?

Venus Williams-Queen of Tennis

Ana Ivanovic-Future Champion

Kim Clijsters-Darling of Tennis

As a parent myself I can tell you that is so true!! Parents can be in such denial about what their kids know.
