Anyone with a Sony PSP? Help

Hi!
I bought a Sony PSP not long ago, and I can't seem to be able to transfer data from my PC to my PSP via the USB port. It works great up until you reach about 2 or 3 mb of data, and then it just drops the connection. And my computer doesn't recognize it anymore....
anyone with a PSP out there?
anyone knows how to fix this? It's pissing me off, and I spent $250+ for something I can't even transfer data on

You'd love to what, Maria?

Thus is why you never buy the first round of electronics when they just come out. Wait until they work the bugs out

I want to get one but I kept hearing about dead pixels on some machines. Not too drastic but with my luck it would happen to me. I'll wait until Christmas time and get one on sale somewhere.

the thing is that it's not a problem for most people, and for those for whom it happens, they always seem to be able to work it out, damn computer geeks
and i'm just a natural , normal person.

Call Sony's customer support and ask them. I mean what can it hurt? I bet they get dumber calls, I bet some idiots call them and are like "how do you turn it on?" I mean just call them up and ask them or find the sony site and post a question in their forums. I want one of those, but right now can't afford it. I already have a video game addiction as is. I played GTA: III the other nite until I got dizzy.
