German Weather in August?

Hey all. I'm going to Germany in August for about a week or so. I'm going to Cologne more specifically. I just wanted to know if anyone knew what the typical weather is like there?

I know I'm about 5 months early, but I just wanted to know.

Thanks!

Well, it can be like this or that. I am living one hour from Colone in the great city Aachen (come to visit me) and it can be hot or cold, but it will be between 18 degrees in the worst case and with rain or about 30/35 degrees if it is extremely hot again. In the last few years that has been quite more the case.....
