Hey Diva: For the most part feeling the way you do is because you have not yet discovered yourself. You need to find you and then focus on what makes you happy, find your talent, your likes, major turn on about life and focus on these and just skip over the negatives. So the house might be dirty tomorrow, clean enough to feel better but not enough to further depress you. Feel like eating a kit-kat, eat it but maybe walk to the store to buy it. If you can't go walking then turn on the music and dance while you eat the kit-kat... Kill two birds with one stone, you nix the calories with your walk/dance so you won't feel guilty. It's a matter of taking a new perspective to the same unchanging things. Look at things as if you are seeing them for the first time and find the joy in them. It can be done. Others have so can you!
Willow take a break from installing windows, play some happy music and you will feel better then go back to working on your computer. Being too focused or too stressed can only lead to frustration. You are young and alive, enjoy it!
