Love Maxwell...he is so bloody sexy....and his version is great....kept the integrity of the song, yet added his own unique twist....did I mention that he is so bloody sexy.
However, I have to give the edge to Kate's original as I am a huge fan.

kate bush!!!!!!!
it's sooooooooooooooooooo a song only she can sing!!!

if you have nothing important to say, please do so in non-tennis forum. if you have something you think is important, but is actually rubbish regarding anything other than tennis - please do so in the non-tennis forum. if you have something tennis related to say, but it's actually "OMG, X player is so h0t!1" or "who has the biggest boobs on the wtatour" please do so in menstennisforum, under "wta forum". if you have something important, tennis-related and interesting to say please do so. No one in the world can understand how much tennis means to someone, except another fan.

I think I'll pick Maxwell. Someone put it on a CD they made for me... so it sounds warmly familiar

Maxwell and I cuncur on the 'so bloody sexy'...

Kate's version isn't bad at all and may even be great but Maxwell's is definitely great to me.

I didn't even know it was a remake. I LOVE Maxwell and I LOVE this song. This song of Maxwell's has always been a little strange for me because as much as I love it, there are times especially when I'm in the car, I just get scared to listen to it and often I'll flip to a another station. It's really haunting at times!! The original version is nice I guess. Hard for me to judge on just 30 seconds of it but it sounds emotional like Maxwell's version.

I love it and find it haunting too. I don't usually have to switch the dial on it, but one time I was in the car with someone while we were having a difficult time and this song was playing, and the tears flew up into my throat instantly. I never wanted a song to disappear so badly.
