Massive earthquake/tsunami hits Sri Lanka, India

8.9 on the richter scale apparently, the biggest quake in 40 years.
There must be loads more casualties not yet reported...

The death toll will rise plenty more, there are loads of fishermen missing, and even reports of tourist divers missing.

Just saw it on the news....so horrible...I was in Phuket twice this time of the year, two years ago and three... So i know how primitive people live there near the beach. And those fisherman and divers who are missing, never to be found...

This is going to be massive. There is still little news from Indonesia.

Tourist areas in Thailand are said to be devastated

Exactly a year after the Iran earthquake!
