Well done, Paula Radcliffe!!

I am so proud of her for winning the NY Marathon. Great come-back, Paula. And what a great race from Chepkemei as well! Edge-of-your-seat stuff!

Why do runners wear a plaster across their noses?

I think that was the most exciting marathon or distance race I've seen. I was convinced Chepkemei was going to win going in to the last mile. I need a sit down now.

I know; its an annoying problem. I think I am going to have surgery to rectify the problem in the next couple of days. It's a simple procedure and you are only in hospital for one day.
