Excellent article, Griff. It's one thing to talk the talk, but another to walk the walk. It seems that those who do the most talking (or certainly the loudest) do the least walking. It's like those televangelists who one day get caught in bed with a prositute, getting stoned.
That brings up another pet peeve of mine. Political candidates, of whatever party, who trumpet their faith and/or morality, yet authorize political attack ads that exaggerate, distort, or outright lie about their opponent in an attempt to mislead voters. Haven't they read the Commandment against "bearing false witness against thy neighbor"?
