Today the unthinkable happened....

My local McDonald's actually ran out of Happy Meal toys.

They ended up giving the kids those adult Go Active meal pedometer thingys.

You know, I thought for sure, there were 3 things McD's would never ever run out of: Big Macs, Happy Meal Toys, and Hot Apple Pies.

That's what I've been thinking Athenaeum.

I'm seriously I nearly freaked out when I went to get my little cousins Happy Meals. They told me if I brought back the paper they wrote an IOU on, I could get a toy when they got them back in. I'm not even going to bother. I think the lil brats liked the pedometer toy they got more than the shit they normally give anyway.

Tomorrow I fully expect them to run out of Big Macs. But it's when they run out of the frozen hot apple pies that they try to pawn off on everything that I'm going to start digging a hole to middle earth and hiding for my dear life. Because at that time, it's probably too late... and one must just bend over backwards and kiss their sweet ass goodbye.

I like the new avatar. If only a man around here looked like that, I might, MIGHT consider straightening my life out.

Thats nothing. I spent three years working at McDonald's and we ALWAYS ran out of happy meal toys.

One day we even ran out of....

... Fries.

DAMN! I thought the truck delivered the shit at least once if not twice a week. And I know for a fact that the truck was there last Thursday. So someone musta came in with an army full of hungry kids. This morning they were outta chicken biscuts.

I just think if the brats want a kids meal today, I'm going to get it from Subway or Hardee's

They probably have my old manager who always used to under order stock. We ran out of so much stuff at times. Mind you, it was alright for him, the customers never had a go at him

Chips, trust me the guy that owns this McD's is cheap. He even hides the damn ketchup! His other store in a nearby town got closed down because it wouldn't pass a check by the health department.

So probably we do have the cheap :retard: manager.

That nearly happened to my old store a few months before I left. The manager got caught re-dating donuts which were ment to have been chucked away. The funniest (well in my view it was funny) thing was that the day before I did say to the manager, "you know if the health and saftey executive pay a visit tomorrow your screwed?". He just replied "we'll be ok"

It made my day when I found out they failed
