M. Night Shyamalan's The Village

I finally watch the movie last Friday night!

I don't get what people told me it's such a wasted or one of most disappointment movies but I really like it. Even I know the ending was a little ridiculous but that's the main idea what is movie all about.

To be honest, Bryce Dallas Howard who played by Ivy, don't even have a clue how to role being a blind person! I actually didn't realised she's blind until half way of the movie where she has told that Noah has blood around his hands and she running to check if Lucius was OK. Also, I don’t like that bloody annoying Elizabethan language!

I was wonder if the children of the village have seen a plane over the sky? Wait a minute, it’s a bird.

I think it would have been better if there really were monsters in the forest instead of the twist.

I haven't liked any of the guy's movies except 6th sense. Unbreakable and Signs blew... unbreakable more so... Signs had potential but the way they aliens died at the end with a spritz of water was cheesy.

I think it's would be better if For Those Who Not Speak Of is a real monster.

Did you know there are still many people around the world who have never seen an airplane in their life especially in those remote jungle areas. But that was funny though

"Unbreakable" did suck. Actually, I didn't like "The Sixth Sense" at all either..

But I loved The Village! It's awesome! A really really good movie, I think!

I liked the movie too. It was a beautiful love story.

OFFICIAL BLACKSMITH OF THE ROYAL COURT

I don't mind straight people as long as they act gay in public!

I didn't think it was that bad but I thought they went a bit overboard on the whole twist thing.

I know that's what we come to expect from his films but I almost would have preferred it if there had actually been monsters in the woods !

Still, love to see Sigourney again .

But didn't you think she was wasted in this movie? She should have been in it more... or had more significant things to do. Guess I'll just have to wait for her next movie

Tell me about it - she was my prime reason for watching.

I was waiting for her to go into the woods and create some serious red-caped monster carnage a la Ellen Ripley .

What did I get instead ?

Some random blind girl in the forest and horrible nightmares about her and William Hurt getting frisky together .

Well, her new movie Imaginary Heroes is out the beginning of 2005.

Imaginary Heroes (Gala)
Directed by Dan Harris

Sigourney Weaver and Emile Hirsch are outstanding in this tragic-comedy about a family coming to terms with death. After older son Matt (Kip Pardue), a promising athlete, shoots his brains out, dad (Jeff Daniels) becomes catatonic, mom (Weaver) turns to pot and sister Penny (Michelle Williams) holes up in her college dorm. The only person holding the family together - sort of - is 17-year-old Tim (Hirsch) who experiments with drugs and sex in order to feel “normal” again. But his antics with troubled best friend Kyle (Ryan Donowho, in a terrific performance) unleash some surprising family secrets. Worth checking out.

That's her at it's showing at the Toronto Film Festival Damn! She was 55 the other day! I'm obsessed...

Yeah... She was 55 on October 8th... She must sleep in an oxygen chamber or something! Cause she hasn't had surgery... bitch hasn't even needed to turn to botox... She was about 30 years old when she made Alien!

I love her. And now I'm think I'm in the mood to go and perv over her in Heartbreakers... bye bye...
