Who is the greatest ROCK band of all time?

There's so damn many awesome rock bands out there, but who is the best?

Some notables that didn't make it to the poll:

- Soundgarden
- Greenday
- Jimmy Hendrix
- INXS
- The Offspring
- Blink 182

- Suggest some more!

How could I forget the Stones? I knew I'd miss a few biggies.

I guess Foo Fighters was a more important inclusion than the Stones.

You have to answer for Santino, Carlo.

The Foo Fighters did my favourite song of all time though (Monkey Wrench) so that's why I guess I thought of them and not Mick, Keith and the boys.

Pearl Jam were a great band. In my view I think they were every bit as good as Nirvana.

The Beatles were far and away the greatest rock and of all time.

Not blind. Not uninformed. We are party to atrocities. But the response of the world after 9/11 is worth noting. Even our most dire enemies offered aid. We should all be so lucky.

Not close, or close to close. Pearl Jam had about 5 good songs on their first album. Somehow, they are STILL coasting on that.

You have to answer for Santino, Carlo.

Could be that PJ has twice as many studio albums and 4538 concert recordings.
