sure.

but doesn't help you much now, though, eh? your hangover is the result of dehydration, drinking some water couldn't hurt ya.

Hangovers can completely incapacitate you, giving you an upset stomach, a huge headache, a gross-tasting mouth, and a guilty conscience.

i have all those symptoms

Beware of coffee. Most of us blindly stretch out a shaky hand for the coffee cure-all based on the hypothesis that it usually wakes you up in the morning, so a cup of joe could do no harm. Those in the know, however, largely advise you to stay away from caffeinated beverages, since they are diuretic, and will aggravate dehydration. Opposing the kill-joys are those who tout coffee's headache-fighting power, and those who feel that denying a caffeine-addict his cup of Juan Valdez in times of greatest need constitutes cruel and unusual punishment. The decision is yours, but it's probably better just to take an aspirin instead.

oops..

Drink another drink of what you were having last night. Then do this, eat lots of saltine crackers or something light like soup. Clear foods/liquids are usually the best. Also, drink as much water as you can, as a hangover is simply your body's way of telling you it's getting dehydrated. If you can get some Pedialite (what babies drink when they are sick) that helps replenish a lot of the stuff you lost that's making you sick. Or even a clear or not darkly colored Gatorade or Powerade.

I'm BACK & SINGLE. So lock up all the hotties!

I've heard that if you rub lemons in your armpits, that helps. I've never tried it, but I always swear I would if I was hungover and had lemons at hand.

I have never had this kind of problem, I make sure I only drink the best and most expensive champagne there is... perks of being rich, famous and adored.

i always feel so nasty the day after, like if i try to remember what happen the night before, i wanna puke. and then i vow not to drink again.
then a week later i repeat

but yeah, supposedly eating bread before drinking is good for the alcohol in take. and yes. WATER WATER WATER. drinking water while your guzzling down alcohol, will HELP -- not STOP, your hangover.

I heard that eating bread helps absorb the alcohol too.

When I'm hungover the last thing I wanna do is eat.
