Here's how to do it

1. Open Windows Media Player.
2. Go to Tools (in Menu), then Options.
3. Click on the Performance tab. At the bottom where it says Performance, slide the thing to the left to No Video Acceleration.
4. Open and play your video and use your Print Screen key to make captures.

TomLovesMonica: Hi dear Monica! Which music do you prefer? Who are your favorite artists?

Monica SELES: Hi Tom! I really like a variety of artists - I like the CDs that have a variety of artists so I don't get bored with just one or two!
