I hate those damn things....I usually just get some fly spray, spray it into the air all around the room for about 5-10 seconds then go out and shut the door. Come back in like 10-15 minutes and hopefully they will all be dead.

There's that mosquito repellant candle - 'citronella' or something.

Oh shite, I hadn't been bitten by mosquitoes in years, but now that I've moved I suddenly discovered two itchy bumps on the top my feet. I now think they might be mosquito bites.

In JA, we used to burn Mosquito Destroyers (?) I wonder if they've got them here. Never used the citronella before, I must admit.

i hate these damn things! the most i ever got was about 18 bites. i remember i went to mexico in the summer, and i was embarrassed to put on some shorts cos they were all over my legs.

you know what i did though to make them stop biting me? i put some baby oil on before i went to bed. i didn't get one bite. (i still do that during the summer)

Hmmm, maybe you should drop trou. The fumes would surely do the trick.

why do you have bugs in your room? leave the door to outside open or something?

In Australia you can buy a repellant that plugs into your power outlet/socket. You switch them on about an hour before bedtime.
They release a small dose of repellant during the night and they really do work....especially in small rooms. I am unsure if they are sold elsewhere, but they might be worth a try. They certainly work.

If I see them, I like to take a lighter and an aerosol and give them a quick toasting... it usually burns their wings off but leaves them alive, so you can find them and torture them however you choose. In fact it works with all winged insects. Just make sure you don't burn down the house!
