Lord of the Rings Vs Harry Potter Movies

I just want to know which is your favoriate. The LOTR or the Harry Potter movies.

I prefer LOTR "Return Of The King" because well, no annoying kids. It was a story I could follow and something eventhough fantasy, made me want to see the sequals as what will happen next. The ending was just FANTASTIC and couldn't ask for better. The Casting was just dead on, eventhough I find it odd no black people were in the movies. The Two Prequals were also fantastic and great battle scenes.

The Harry Potter movies well, I saw the first one witch wasn't so bad, it was actually entertaining. The second was a total disaster from start to whereva it ended. I had no idea what the second movie was about and eventhough I have it on DVD, I can never seem to watch it all the way through. I'm 99% sure I wont see the 3rd one until maybe it's on dvd.

"I told her, `You don't want to get into a hitting battle with Sharapova, because it would be uneven for Sharapova, because Sharapova only has one good side and that's her backhand,"'. "`You don't want to get into that for the simple reason you would win. So try to hit some balls to her strong side, to her backhand, and that would help you with your match for tomorrow

LOTR is better background noise for when i'm doing homework, screwing around online, or for general laziness...i actually watch harry potter when it's on television. including 'chamber of secrets' which i agree with you was a disappointment.

so in my estimation...i'd go for HP anyday. at least with HP it's the little kids in capes instead of the creepy middle-aged weirdos who turned out for the LOTR movies.

no contest the LoTR movies will bemovies that will become classics for our grand kids grand kids, but the harry potter movies are barely enjoyable and dont have the utter prefection of the of the lord of the rings movies

"racism is dead, it died when MLK walked on a bridge and freed the slaves. Now we have a socialist Kenyan president who is not an American and if anyone mentions race they are a reverse racist (while racism is dead, reverse racism is alive and well.) #whattheyteachyouatfox"

it's obvious which set of movies we're supposed to take seriously.

LOTR is just a little too melodramatic and pretentious for my movie-going pleasure.

They started out alright but by the third film they got really pretentious imo. The acting in that third film was horrible.

I always watch Harry Potter movies, and I USED to think that LOTRs are ugly movies with TOO MUCH violent scenes involved, but when I watched it...I was touched...

LOTR=ms Venus Williams
Harry Potter=Serena Williams

theyre prolly on the same level, but LOTR are classics

harry potter is just annoying to me
specially the 2nd movie

it is just big bull-shit to me

Something was bound to go right sometime today, All these broken pieces fit together to make a perfect picture of us
It got cold and then dark so suddenly and rained, It rained so hard the two of us were the only thing
That we could see for miles and miles
And in the middle of the flood I felt my worth, When you held onto me like I was your little life raft
Please know that you were mine as well
Drops of water hit the ground like God's own tears
And spread out into shapes like Salad bowls and basins and buckets for bailing out the flood
