Eurosport

Though I really admire this channel for its coverage of tennis, I must say it really disappoints me in covering other sports. The name is EUROsport and sports which are really popular in Europe, like basketball, volleyball, handball and ice hockey are being COMPLETELY ignored. Instead we have extensive and live coverage of snooker, equestrianism, strongest man competition and curling.
Is there any chance this will improve in future?

Eurosport is a pretty low budget production channel, and it tries too hard to cover too many sports. What annoys me is the sports it proclaism to give extensive coverage too (who remembers 'the home of tennis' advertisement campaigh) they suddently stick back too later schdules.

Eurosport runs on a budget of about 50 euros its awful the only things they can show live are very specialised sports (cheap viewing rights) which most of us dont give a damn about. but its better than nothing.
