I graduated Basic Training. Tonight I ship out to Tech School!!!

Hey everyone! On Friday I FINALLY graduated from Basic Military Training. You are now talking to Airman 1st Class Mullen. Tonight at 1am I get on a bus for Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi. I won't be back home until early April. Let me tell you though any place is better then the place I am in right now!!! A quick run down on what I had to do in basic training...I had to sleep in the same room with 60 other males...I had to shower with 60 other males...I had to fold my clothes into 6 inch squares...I had to make my bed so the corners were folded into a 45 degree angles. We had P.C. (Physical Conditioning) six times a week. I had to wake up at either 4:45am or 5:45am every morning. I couldn't watch TV for six weeks, or listen to a radio, or read a paper. We had to eat very quickly and if we didn't we would be yelled at. I have to shave everyday (which I still hate). There is a whole lot of other crap that I don't feel like telling right now...but you all get the point...it sucked. Tech school will be more laid back though. I only have to share a room with one person. I get base liberty every evening. I can sleep when not in class. It still doesn't compete with the civilian world but it will be light years better than basic training. Anyway...I had a nice chat with 'MirjanaLFan' today. It was nice to talk to someone who shares the same interests as I do. I did get a chance to see my parents but they are pretty clueless when it comes to tennis, music and such. So...just thought I'd inform you all on my graduation...I will have more time to get on the internet now that I am out of basic training, but not like I will when I get home. So...I hope everyone is doing well. Talk to you soon. GO MONICA!!!

all the best for the next few week

i hope you do well

my time at german army was a little bit better,
i was at home each weekend

Something was bound to go right sometime today, All these broken pieces fit together to make a perfect picture of us
It got cold and then dark so suddenly and rained, It rained so hard the two of us were the only thing
That we could see for miles and miles
And in the middle of the flood I felt my worth, When you held onto me like I was your little life raft
Please know that you were mine as well
Drops of water hit the ground like God's own tears
And spread out into shapes like Salad bowls and basins and buckets for bailing out the flood

Rafa! Rafa! Rafa!

Ennis and Jack found something most people don't ever find in this life...true love, the deepest, purest, most beautiful thing in the universes. Ennis and Jack have TRUE LOVE. They are SOULMATES. They have a love so deep, so pure, so strong, that it transcends everything, it's eternal.
