Rain Delay at Pilot Pen

It does not look good with plenty of rain coming down and rain is also expected tonight. They do have an indoor court that might have to used tomorrow, since they are expecting rain for 100% of the day tomorrow or they could play matches on Sunday which would negate the day off in preparation for the US Open.

Stop raining

And it's dry here in Ireland for a change, somethings wrong

I love you mom. It's so emotional. It's so hard to say goodbye. I'm going to miss you so much"

Kuz needs some time to think about her game. Right now the rain has stopped in New York, which is the area that brought the rain to Connecticut. That means their is still a good chance to get in one match before the rain returns tonight. Don't let me down Caroline, please.

Cursed weather. Does anyone know roughly what kind of weather we can expect for the US Open? Seems some kind of storm always hits the east coast at this time of year.

It's supposed to be clear and very mild for the next week.

Proud Blackjack!

AT 7:05 Eastern USA time the 2 ladies matches will be switched to indoors and should be starting before 7:30 pm. ESPN will not televise the match since it was switched to indoors. Espn 2 is waiting for the rain to stop so they can show the men's Semi's. Meanwhile they are showing the McEnroe vs Borg from 1981 right now. ESPN 2 was originally going to show both ladies matches today, but Mother Nature intervened.
