I don't want variety if it goes along with passive play and not putting away balls when they scream "swing volley me."

What a great match I didn't expect anything after the first few games but that was really enjoyable as a contest. Some great variety mixed up with awful shots but it was entertaining all the way

You can't really swing volley low slices unless you're the wonderful Mary Pierce - god she could hit anything at the French Open in 2000. I'm Mary Pierce get out of my way! What were we talking about again?

Some of Amelie's balls were high sloooooow floaters that had written on them "please hit the hell out of me."

Yeah I loved Mary too. That was a great championship run by Mary.
