Toronto court

Looks slow and bouncy to me. Isn't it supposed to be Decoturf like all the US hardcourt series tournaments?

I think they control the speed with how much sand is added to the mixture when it is applied--hence even "hardcourts" made of the same substance can vary in speed. I recall the ESPN gang talking about this in regard to the plexicushion at the AO.
