Wimbledon Who was satisfied with the results

I was overall not satisfied with the results. I was not happy Serena won, I would have liked Venus to win. I was very upset by Safina doing so well, she doesn't deserve to be No.1 and is not good at grass (why couldn't Mauresmo beat her?). Too bad Wozniak or Wozniacki didn't do better.
I would have liked to see dementieva face venus in the finals. dementieva was clearly better than serena, but serena just used her aces to win the match
also, too bad for jie zheng...

Go Rafa!

Re: Wimbledon Who was satisfied with the results

I wasn't satisfied with the results but then hardly a Slam goes by, heck if I'm honest, hardly a tournament goes by when I can say hand on heart I was happy with almost all the results. Warsaw probably came pretty close and Birmingham was pretty cool but I'm not usually happy at the end of tournaments.

Wimbledon is the tournament I took forward more than any other. And yet as it ends I almost always feel a deflated sense of disappointment.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the results

Imperious in victory. Never conceiving the possibility of defeat. The greatest of her era. The self-belief, that smile, backhand, muscles, serve, personality, all larger than life. There's no greater sight in women's tennis than watching Serena J. Williams go to work.
The others are Great, but Serena's the Greatest
