Re: Early Entries

From the website, which is due to go live today;

Names rumoured to make an appearance at Eastbourne's inaugural AEGON Tournament include Andy Murray and fellow Brit Greg Rudeski in the men's draw, with doubles expert Jamie Murray also a probable entrant at Devonshire Park this year.

While ex-world no1 Ana Ivanovic, former Wimbledon champion Amelie Mauresmo, British teenage sensation Laura Robson and reigning champion Agnieszka Radwanska are likely to be warming up for the Wimbledon Championships on the scenic south coast of England. Unfortunately, ex-Wimbledon champ Lindsay Davenport won't be appearing as she is expecting her second child.

Fingers crossed Momo is playing, I want to see her play live before she swans off to enjoy all her wine and live the life of a surfer. Question is can I risk coming down for the 2nd round matches, as I don't think I can get out of work for the First round days. I would be devastated if she got knocked out 1st round and I missed my chance...Darn work!

Um, but this Brum

I'm thinking about it, I'll be going to at least two out of three of the big grasscourt tournaments, haven't decided which yet.

Re: Early Entries

I think it's causing confusion that the LTA are now having all their tournaments sponsored by one company!
I'll be there for the opening qualifying weekend as normal, and for probably the last time in Birmingham, if this tournament heads to Nottingham or Liverpool next year.

Just if anyone's planning on buying tickets for this (I am 'cause I like getting stuff out the way before I forget ) tickets are available from tomorrow evening (Mon 9th) via theticketfactory.com online or telephone ordering.

Thought I'd mention it as the event is listed on their website but ticket selection is not working yet.

Marion Bartoli // Sam Stosur // Andrea Petkovic // Maria Jose

Vika Azarenka // Shahar Peer // Virginie Razzano // Caro Wozniacki// Flavia Pennetta

Elena Baltacha // Katie O'Brien // Anne Keothavong // Sarah Borwell // Melanie South // Naomi Cavaday

Tipping Titles 2010: Miami, Rome, Eastbourne, Stanford
