Yikes, six months ago I could never imagine typing the above sentence.
Indian Wells plays a lot slower than that indoor clay court. I'm not sure about the bounce, I think Indian Wells is lower.

Roger's motivation seemed a bit iffy for that tie. He was talking before the tie that winning/losing wasn't important, that spending time with his buddies was important.

The thought popped into my head as I was reading the Davenport most objective commentator thread in general messages.

Not the first and won't be the last. Twitter freely give out details on request.

Whew. Fed wins the 1st set tiebreak 9-7. The match is 55 minutes long.

Fed went down a minibreak to 2-3 from 2-2 but broke Isner's serve 2 times in a row. Of course he then proceeded to double fault back the minibreak.

Fed broke Isner's serve 4 times in the 1st set tiebreak and had set points on his own serve at 6-5 and 8-7. Isner didn't lead in the tiebreak after breaking for 3-2.

Yes, that tiebreak was a bit messy but I'm glad Roger finally managed to win it. He had best take advantage of this opportunity. Between Djokovic, Nadal and even Murray winning a Masters 1000 event is not an easy thing.

Such comments are allowed by the 1st amendment in the US. There's nothing similar in the UK?
