WOW!!I'm in disbelief that Nole,Rafa and Fed ALL made the SFs at the AO!With the incredible depth in the ATP,with all the top-notch clutch-time champions,it's amazing that even two of the three could break through...let alone all three of them.Good luck to Pete Best....ummmm....I mean,Andy Murray

Congrats on Number Three, Kim! We need more of you in this world

I just saw the commercial again and yep it was Caro, Ana, Li, and Zheng.

Ana is still a popular player in the real world (unlike tennisforum) despite her struggles after winning the French Open back in 2008. She's still managed to finish top 30 the past 3 seasons and will be in the top 20 after the Australian Open.

Yeah,I was just messing around,Protoss...but,seriously,it's a cheap, undeserved popularity--nothing EARNED on merit--sort of like comparing an infamous porn star to a legit actress

Whew. Olderer wins the 1st set tiebreak 7-5 after leading 4-1, 5-2 (double minibreak), and 6-3. He also led 4-1 1st set but that slipped to 4-4. The match is 56 minutes long.

I'm somewhat shocked that Federer was able to hold on and win that first set tiebreak. I still have the occasional nightmare about the first set of the 2011 French Open final.

Heh.

Fed broke for 1-0 to start off the 2nd set but then got immediately broken back. He just now broken for 2-4 2nd set after having a break point for 3-2.

What the heck do peopl like about this Fed/Nadal crap (the matchup in general)? Is Fed being a big mental midget against Nadal that appealing? Sigh.

Federer broken to go down 4-2 in the second set. Now that's the Roger I expect to see play Nadal in a grand slam.

Hey, leave my Andy alone!

But tbh I would prefer the AO men's winner to come from the Djokovic/Murray match. I like Roger and have much respect for Nadal but Nolandy are my OTP!

Whew. Fed holds for 1-1 3rd set from 0-40 down. He had lost 11 points in a row prior to that.

Unless Roger steps it up and Rafa's level drops, I see Rafa winning this. Rafa seems more willing to fight and grind it out.

Sigh. Nadal wins the 3rd set tiebreak 7-5 from 6-1 to 6-5. Wasted opportunity with Fed being up a break at 4-3 3rd set.

Sigh. Fed broken for 4-5 4th set after being up 30-15 and having a break point in the previous game.
